Merge shoots global campaign for Sony’s 3D Handycam


Sony turns to Merge for 3D video content shot exclusively on its new line of consumer 3D cameras. Jerome Thelia’s expertise in 3D post production made Merge the clear choice for the job. Working with a crew of five, Merge shot for three weeks in Hawaii and New York City and delivered 3D videos appealing to distinct groups of people: aspiring filmmakers, families, and action sports enthusiasts. All of the content was shot with a $1500 Sony Handycam and a $250 Sony Bloggie. Check out the end result (in 3D or 2D) here.
